Rates & Payment

Rates:
Standard fee: $150/session.

I do offer a sliding scale fee structure and try to find a suitable fee that works for each patient. We can discuss this during our initial consultation.

Insurance:

I am in-network with Optum (United HealthCare), Aetna, Cigna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tricare, Medicaid and others. All insurance billing is processed through my partners at Alma or Peregrine Counseling and Wellness.

Testing and Assessment:

Assessment and testing services are designed on a case by case basis and include a follow-up appointment and a written report. Fees for assessments vary and can be discussed during an initial consultation.

Cancellation Policy: Contact me within 24 hours to cancel or modify an appointment. Missed appointments will be charged the total fee for a regular session unless an alternate appointment is scheduled for the same week.
